Matsudo

Historic Tsukiji fish market is moving out of central Tokyo. For visitors who want a fresh fish market experience, Tokyo Way recommends Matsudo, about 45 minutes north of Tokyo, where we can arrange for guests to join a sushi chef for his morning shopping,then visit his restaurant inside the market to make sushi together behind the counter.
